To be eligible for a return, please ensure that your item is in the same condition as when you received it - unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide us with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues:

At Silver Ninety Nine, we take great pride in our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you notice any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item. We will work with you to evaluate the issue and make it right.

We offer a hassle-free return policy for any items that do not meet your expectations. You can return your purchase within 7 days of the delivery date for full credit (minus shipping fees). Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to post. Please note that SilverNinetyNine.com will not cover any return shipping or insurance fees. We recommend that you insure your returned items, as we cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged items during transit.

Custom and personalized orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.

At silverninetynine.com, we want to make sure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way to do so is to return the original item and then place a new order for the item you'd like to exchange it for.
