We are committed to delivering Silver Ninetynine products to you as quickly as possible. Here’s what to expect:
Custom Jewelry Production: Each custom jewelry piece requires about 2 to 3 business weeks to complete. After production, we will request your approval before proceeding with shipment.
Shipping and Delivery: Once shipped, orders usually take 6 to 9 business days to arrive. Please note, Silver Ninetynine is not liable for delays caused by severe weather or other unexpected circumstances. We do not ship to PO boxes. Should the customer change the delivery address while the package is in transit, any resulting delays will be the customer’s responsibility.
Complimentary Shipping: We offer complimentary delivery to your provided address. However, any duties or taxes imposed by local customs are the responsibility of the customer.
Product Adjustments: If the customer requests changes to the product prior to shipping, the manufacturing timeline will reset and start from the beginning.
